Description of Untitled Chicago

The Great Lakes have been a place of inspiration and rejuvenation for many years.  My wife had a few days business in Chicago and I tagged along.  It was early fall and true to form it rained a good bit of the three days we were there especially late afternoon and evenings.  Our room faced the Old Navy Pier and the pelting rain distorted the images in a wonderful and magical way.

I did the old sight seeing tour and remembered some old castle like shapes on the water’s edge. This tonal work melds all the memories of that trip to the Great Lake.
